There is a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. The house is a 10 minute walk from Asilah's public beach and the restaurant area. Telephone can receive international calls, but outgoing calls can only be local. International outbound calls can be made from the post office, a 10' walk. Fully equipped kitchen. Linens provided for 6-8 people.

The housekeeper does all the shopping, housecleaning, laundry and cooking, if desired.

Because of high demand during the summer season, (July & September), a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, and the outstanding balance is due one month prior to occupancy date. During the other periods, a 25% deposit is required with full payment expected 2 weeks prior to occupancy.   For more than 6 people (total possible, including children is 10) there is an extra charge of $10/10 Euros a day
